What are the rates to hire a technician?
Technician rates start at $100 per show within a one-hour drive and $150 per show for locations farther away. Larger or more complex productions may require additional fees based on staffing, travel, and technical needs. Overtime is billed at $50 per technician, per hour.
Do the technicians bring the equipment?
Yes. Our technicians always arrive with the necessary audio equipment for your event based on the services and setup included in your booking. Any additional equipment needs will be discussed and confirmed before the event.
What are the booking and cancellation terms?
Our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all bookings as outlined above. If you would like us to book a live band for your event, the total will include the band’s fee plus a 10% booking fee calculated on the band’s cost—not the total event cost. All charges will be confirmed in your quote before booking.
