FAQ

Are there Travel Charges?

Travel charges are based on the estimated fuel cost plus $100 per hour of travel time. For larger productions requiring extensive travel, a reduced hourly travel rate may be available based on the total number of hours. All travel costs will be clearly estimated and included in your quote.

What's the setup and teardown policy?

Please ensure the event space is available and easily accessible at least three hours before showtime for setup. Larger productions may require access early that morning or the day before. After the event, allow one to two hours for teardown with the house lights on, unless the event is outdoors. Alternatively, access may be arranged for teardown early the following morning.

What's included in a standard booking?

A standard booking includes a complete sound system, lighting, monitors, microphones, cables, direct boxes, a mixer, and an experienced audio technician to operate the equipment. Live-band booking is available as an additional service and is charged separately.

What's the cancellation policy?

Rescheduling is available at no additional charge when the requested new date is available. If an event is rescheduled on the day it is scheduled to take place, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to secure the new date.
